Our tailored professional process is customized to fit a client’s unique requirements. We undertake extensive discussions with our client’s key executives and other stakeholders before conducting research, where we use direct sourcing to find the best candidates. Identifying candidates is important, but screening and evaluation in terms of client fit is critical. Once a long list of potential candidates is finalized, we develop interviewing strategies and prepare the selection panel. When the best candidate has emerged from the interview process, we conduct reference checks with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients, and usually play a role in negotiating compensation. We then conduct six and twelve month review meetings with the successful candidate to discuss issues and progress. |
