We are committed to finding the best individuals to present for consideration, but our commitment does not end there. OCL measures the success of a search by the contributions and overall achievements of the selected candidate, not simply by filling the position. We guarantee to work on an engagement until a successful conclusion is reached. Should this take a longer period of time than predicted at the outset, no additional fees would be charged. In the event that it becomes necessary to terminate the successful candidate for performance-related reasons or the candidate resigns, within the first twelve months, OCL will carry out another search for no additional professional fees. The only costs incurred would be related expenses. We offer a longer guarantee period to existing clients.
